First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Center Manager to work at a corporate fitness center in Boston.

As the Center Manager you will:

Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.

Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.

Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes.

Oversee day to day operations of the club and maintain a strong relationship and communication with the client.

Work full-time in a fun environment.

An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.

Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.

Personal Training know-how and certification by a FFM authorized provider.

Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.

A commitment to providing top notch customer service.

Proficiency in using a computer.

BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
