First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialists to work at a number of corporate fitness centers in the Greater Boston Area.

As the Fitness Specialist you will:

•Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.

•Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.

•Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes.

•Assist the Center Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Center Manager is not on site.

•Work full-time in a fun environment.

•An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of

•Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.

•Personal Training know-how and certification by a FFM authorized provider.

• Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.

•A commitment to providing top notch customer service.

•Proficiency in using a computer.

•BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
