Responsibilities: • Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination • Perform preliminary dental examinations to get an overview of the patient’s oral health history for the dentist • Look for signs of gum disease, infections, or cavities to ensure issues are caught early and can be treated • Record any changes to the patient’s health history and document the ongoings of each appointment Qualifications: • Possesses a state license to practice dental hygiene • Superb customer service and communication skills • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist Compensation: $48 - $55 hourly
