HEY NEW GRADS!! We have several openings for Medical/Oncology RNs in Bismarck, ND.

You will play a very important part of patients lives in this role. For patients who have cancer or the potential threat, their nurse (YOU) will be one of the most important people in their journey. You will be with them during one of the most difficult and vulnerable moments of their life. You will also treat patients with medical needs who don’t require surgery. Talented Oncology Medical RN’s have two solid traits: knowledge and passion. The patients they serve will tell you the same thing.

YOUR JOB DUTIES

1. Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to patients
2. Create, plan, and implement patient’s care plan and adjust accordingly
3. Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs
4. Admit, treat, and discharge medical patients not requiring surgery
5. Display a high level of compassion and positivity at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing
• Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
• Basic Life Support Certification within the orientation period and meets re-certification as required
• Open to new grads
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Nurse Care Course (TNCC) required within 2 years
