We have an established client in Pearland, TX that is looking for an Emergency Department Manager. In this position you will have 24 hour accountability for the unit area. The major responsibilities include: providing leadership and communication, monitoring the work environment, assuring quality, managing the fiscal budget, managing human resources and ensuring the delivery of competent clinical practice.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• BSN
• Licensed RN
• BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Current TX Licensure
• 3 years of clinical experience
• 3 years of progressive management experience
