They are a health system that includes primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, hospitals, home care and rehabilitation. They provide high quality care and serve those most in needs and strive to create healthier communities.
This client is looking for compassionate and driven RNs to join Arkansas' first magnet facility centrally located in the capital city of Little Rock.
In this position, you will care for patients ranging from new born to adults in the CVICU. Responsibilities include coordinating or collecting physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results; developing Plan of Care to support the patient goals and the medical plan of care; monitoring the patient care record for accuracy and completeness of data provided by care team members; Identifying and utilizing multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive education for patients; serving as a preceptor and role model for new employees and students.
