Are you a compassionate and driven RN looking for an excellent opportunity to join a Orthopedic Unit? This is a chance to join Arkansas' first magnet facility centrally located in the capital city of Little Rock.

Responsibilities include coordinating or collecting physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results; developing Plan of Care to support the patient goals and the medical plan of care; monitoring the patient care record for accuracy and completeness of data provided by care team members; Identifying and utilizing multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive education for patients; serving as a preceptor and role model for new employees and students.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 1 year of RN experience in acute care hospital setting
• Must possess an active RN license in the state of AR
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
