    The Role:

    First Media’s People Operations department is excited to welcome a new Recruiter into our Talent Team! We’re looking for someone with a strong general recruiting background, but the ideal candidate will have recent experience and a significant focus in filling Performance Marketing roles such as video producers, editors, creative strategists, data analysts, paid media, account management and other creative and technical roles.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to flourish and grow in a fast-growing and fun media company, serving content across lifestyle verticals including food, health, beauty, parenting, home and entertainment.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and develop processes, creatively source and hire top talent across our open position roster, with a specialty in serving our Performance Marketing teams (roles as outlined above)
    • Develop strong and collaborative relationships with hiring managers, managing expectations across quality and quantity of candidates
    • Support the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruiting, hiring and retention. Find effective ways to ensure we are reaching, talking to, and considering a wide diversity categories candidate base.
    • Work closely with Talent Team Manager and People Ops team to champion existing programs and test and recommend new innovative strategies around finding top talent
    • Work closely with hiring managers and interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience
    • Manage the full cycle recruiting including extending offers and closing candidates
    • Stay active with the local and national advertising and performance marketing community by establishing relationships with various alumni programs, sourcing platforms, networking organizations and other creative candidate acquisition opportunities, in order to ensure a strategic pipeline of qualified and talented candidates

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience. Performance Marketing specialty and Diversity sourcing experience a big plus
    • Goal-oriented and collaborative team player, with the ability to champion recruiting process
    • Proactive self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and projects concurrently
    • Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities
    • Open to feedback and new ideas. Knows when to run with projects on their own and when to ask questions or for assistance
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or the Google Suite equivalents
    • Solid project management skills and experience with systems. Experience with Monday.com is a plus
    • Knowledgeable with Application Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and JazzHR a strong plus
