The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing strategies to meet corporate objectives and enhance the image of the FMG brand. They will develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue for our properties. The Marketing Manager will help coordinate and execute all marketing, public relations, promotional activities and social media campaigns.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Create and maintain existing and future FMG brands.

Direct the creation of marketing infrastructure, stay up to date on current marketplace trends and expertise.

Media Campaign Management.

Assist in developing infrastructure and maintaining current CRM for lead management.

Collateral design and ordering.

Analyze reports and make updates to current marketing contracts/plans/SEO budgets that need to be tweaked for better results.

Assist with planning, advertising and creating new resident events & employee events.

Employee Newsletter.

Update and maintain all corporate websites.

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing3+ years Marketing ExperienceValid Driver's License(occasional travel to sites necessary)Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Email marketing programs, Google Analytics, Website editingKnowledge of Onesite, Knock or similar program preferred
