Insurance Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are a locally owned community bank with an insurance division (FIRST NATIONAL INSURANCE SERVICES) looking for fun, outgoing, detailed, customer service-oriented individuals for a front line position. Flexible shifts Monday to Friday.
Duties of this position include providing high level customer service to our clients, making changes to policy's, taking payments, answering phone, answering billing questions, assisting Agents in cross selling products and growing our book of business. Individuals must have good computer/technology skills, good typing skills, accounting experience, able to learn quickly and possess a very positive attitude. PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
