    SUMMARY

    Manages the Bank Operations Group including Payment Operations, Client Services and Netlink proprietary software. Participates in organizational strategic planning process. Develops and recommends policies, procedures, and objectives in each of the areas. Provides leadership, support, advice, and guidance to employees within the Bank Operations Group. Stays abreast of technological developments within the banking industry, represents the bank in various conferences and events, and ensures systems are fully and efficiently utilized.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide leadership for the development of product lines and services that will favorably position the organization competitively in its marketplace.
    • Provide for the cost-effective deployment of alternative delivery systems that will ensure the organization is competitively positioned to provide information, services, and products through the various alternative channels.
    • Provide exemplary leadership and mentor ship as well as maintaining appropriate staffing and support within the Bank Operations Group including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.
    • Foster an environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, job satisfaction and career growth.
    • Prepare the annual budget(s) for the Bank Operations Group, administering allotted funds in accordance with the budget and approved fiscal procedures.
    • Recommend capital expenditures for planning and development.
    • Stay abreast of all regulations and rules of all supervisory and regulatory agencies
    • Analyze, plan, and implement rule and regulation changes.
    • Direct the development of policies.
    • Other as assigned
