SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring the credit quality of the loan portfolio through the review of the loan relationships. Also responsible for ensuring that any post closing approval conditions are monitored.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform annual loan reviews on existing loan relationships.2. Perform appraisal reviews.3. Monitor loan covenants as required.4. Perform reviews of loans governed by borrowing bases.5. Assist in monitoring of construction loan projects.

Bachelor degree from four-year college or university (preferred)
