SUMMARY
The individual in this position will work closely with and provide administrative support to the Principal of the firm's introducing broker-dealer and be the primary liaison to its clearing firm and the third-party vendors comprising its retirement plan business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Must be extremely well-organized and able to resolve issues in a timely manner -Prefer 8-13 years experience in the investment arena. Previous experience in the Qualified (retirement plan) space and and/or Compliance are a plus -Must be able to build and maintain strong professional relationships -Must be committed to providing service beyond comparison- to customers and third-party partners alike -Must be proficient at entering Buy/Sell orders with the clearing firm -This position provides administrative support to the firm's registered representatives -Proficiency at generating and compiling reports utilizing available software and technology -Series 7 and 63 are required, Series 24 and 65 or 66 are a plus
