WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A MARKETING AUTOMATION ASSISTANT TO SUPPORT OUR CONTINUED GROWTH AND EXPANSION!

First National Capital Corporation is one of the largest privately held equipment finance company in the U.S. specializing in providing equipment financing solutions to middle market companies throughout the US and Canada.

As a key member of the Marketing Department, the ideal candidate will have a competitive drive with an innate desire to succeed. He or she will also have the desire and technical acumen to understand the fundamentals of digital marketing customer acquisition within our Business-to-Business selling environment.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring marketing automation targets quality audiences in a professional context. You will copywrite messages and market to influencers, decision makers, and executives who will act on new opportunities through a series of automated emails and Voicemails. You will be working hand in hand with the marketing operations team to analyze and gather data in their demand gen efforts, implementing integrated campaigns and advising on best practices for ROI conversion optimization.

JOB DUTIES

· Assist with lead generation activities which include the content creation, copywriting and execution of the email and voicemail campaigns through various software platforms.

· Monitor and analyze ongoing campaigns to ensure success and continuous improvement.

· Optimize all campaigns to drive performance, including reducing CPC, improving CTR and improving conversion rates.

· Monitors Marketing Automation system for proper synching with SFDC CRM system. Keep systems up to date for marketing needs with current campaign lists and lead sources, profile fields and lead scoring.

· Coordinates and manages production of projects including emerging B-to-B social media digital channels, website updates, email marketing and voice mail marketing management

· Graphic Design skills to support webpage layout, advertising initiatives, social media and content production a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing

· Experience in digital marketing at an agency or big corporation

· Experience of digital marketing mix with deep understanding of marketing automation processes

· Excellent knowledge of web technologies, Salesforce CRM

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data from multiple sources

· Experience with Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua or similar email and voicemail automation marketing platforms

· Experience in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite and a basic understanding of HTML.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
