    Remote We’re looking for a motivated and experienced California-licensed Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This is a full-time remote opportunity, though candidates are required to be located in California—ideally near the Los Angeles area, strongly preferred. If you’re a skilled litigator with sharp research and writing abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel to clients by evaluating their options and developing effective case strategies to achieve favorable results. • Handle a caseload of first-party property insurance claims from start to finish—conducting assessments, drafting pleadings and motions, and guiding cases through litigation and resolution. • Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, discovery requests, and other key legal documents. • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials—arguing motions and presenting evidence confidently. • Communicate frequently with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and offering sound legal advice. • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to secure the best possible outcomes. • Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support staff while also taking initiative to manage your own files independently. • Mentor and oversee administrative staff or law clerks as needed. Qualifications: • Active license to practice law in California (required). • Candidate must be located in California , ideally near the Los Angeles area. • 2+ years of experience handling First-Party Property Insurance matters in California (strongly preferred). • 2+ years of litigation experience required. • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills. • Confident public speaking ability and strong interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with Westlaw or LexisNexis for legal research. • Competency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. • Capable of managing multiple cases while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Compensation: $160,000 - $220,000 yearly
