We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience in First-Party Property Litigation to join our client's dynamic legal team. This position will support attorneys in managing and advancing property & casualty litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current, accurate, and readily accessible.

Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and document preparation.

Drafting and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Discovery Support: Assist attorneys in managing discovery processes, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials.

Trial Preparation: Coordinate trial logistics, create trial binders, and manage exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related documents.

Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in 1st party property/property & casualty litigation.

Bilingual - English & Spanish
