Do you have insurance agency experience as a Licensed Florida Insurance agent licensed 220 or 440 Customer Service Representative? We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position with a  licensed 440 Customer Service Representative. You  will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current Home and auto Insurance clients and new prospects, processing and rating policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is required and would be a huge benefit relating to customers about their coverage, billing and options for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Homeowners and auto  insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Process customer home insurance policy change requests.
• Has Florida 440 or 220 license

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
