Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and generally increase their quality of life. Responsibilities may include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene needs, and communicating with nurses and doctors. Must enjoy and feel comfortable around the elderly. This is a wonderful position for students who are currently in CNA training to develop their skills, past CNAs, and/or highly experienced caregivers.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, errands, reminders of medications, and other duties to improve the living conditions and standards of our clients. Responsibilities
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical range of motion activities
Assist residents in their daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene (including shaving, grooming, etc.), meals, activities, and bowel and bladder functions (including restroom assistance/portable commodes/changing incontinence products, etc.) with mobility in a fast-paced senior living community with varying levels of acuity.
Perform regular safety checks on residents and offer medication reminders
Other healthcare duties as assigned
Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times, assisting in the performance of fire or other safety drills
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift heaving objects
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work with limited supervision
Compassionate, respectful, ethical, punctual, reliable
Promptness, commitment, reliability, & willingness to learn
Experience for people with dementia / Alzheimer's / memory impairment
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu for employment in California
