Food Packaging Machine Operator
We’re seeking a reliable team member to operate packaging equipment and assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our production lines.

Need to Know

• 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (some OT on Saturdays), 6 AM to 2:30 PM
• Never work a Sunday or major holiday
• Climate Controlled

What You’ll Do

• Operate semi-automatic machines (Elopak, Evergreen, All Fill, Matrix, Ishida/Yamato, and more) to package food products.

• Perform bulk packaging (bag-in-a-box) and maintain a steady work pace to support efficiency.

• Record product information, weights, and safety checks to meet food safety regulations (SQF, FSMA, NIST).

• Follow customer packaging specifications for domestic and international orders.

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks.

• Track labor hours for accurate product costing.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSMA, and SQF preferred.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in food or beverage production a plus.
