First State Community Bank is seeking an energetic and self motivated individual for a management position in our Moberly market.     

The Assistant Market Business Manager is responsible for managing staff and the hiring and recruitment of new employees.   They set weekly work schedules, direct daily workflow and processes, monitor compliance, evaluate performance and make hiring and termination recommendations.  

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate operational activities within the branch to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Market and service FSCB products by uncovering customer needs, solving customer concerns and helping customers meet financial goals
• Attain market goals through the proactive outreach to customers in the community through the business call program 
• A consistent advocate and ambassador of FSB Corporate Values, both inside and outside the organization

• 2-3 Years of Banking Experience
