We are seeking a Customer Service Representative-First-Sun Finance, Montgomery, Alabama to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing loan information and assisting customers with the loan process. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking loan applications
• Processing the payments of customers.
• Collections in person, over the phone and via written communication.
• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction both by phone and in person.
• Using computerized systems to access the details of customers.
• Promoting certain financial products and services.

• High School diploma.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Computer experience and aptitude.
• Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
