Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Passionate about selling • The master organizer of systems, files, and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $150,000+ at Commission Plan
