This opportunity would be a great match for a candidate who is familiar and interested in utilizing the latest tools used in omni-channel marketing, most importantly, Chat GPT. This position is scheduled for 20-25 hours per week, Hybrid/Remote, and with flexible hours. Base pay: $17-18 per hour. The ideal candidate is a current or recent graduate with a major in Journalism with an interest in learning about the Real Estate industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: -Conceptualizing and write copy for advertising campaigns across various platforms. -Conduct research into the real estate market, understanding trends, buyer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform your copy. -Creating engaging and persuasive briefings for real estate agents. -Write engaging scripts for property walkthroughs or promotional real estate videos.
