    A graphic designer produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. This position requires the ability to effectively present ideas—both verbally and visually. Designers need imaginative flair, working knowledge of the latest design software and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design. Appropriate medium and styles are selected in conjunction with the client's requirements.   Responsibilities: • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts • Meet with clients to discuss their needs. Accurately interpret the client's business needs • Confer with project team to discuss and determine layout design. Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall design of the product and body of marketing materials. • Working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, website designers and marketing specialists. • Effectively present ideas—both verbally and visually. • Work to tight deadlines. Produce accurate and high quality work while meeting timelines. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in design or related field. • Background in both usability and design • Full working knowledge of Adobe Suite software • High level of expertise in photo retouching • High level of knowledge in printing process including finishing • Above-average computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. • Experience in luxury clientele/projects print web Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour DOE
