First Western Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Assistant. This position will be based out of the Northwest Arkansas area and will be responsible for perfecting liens, maintaining collateral documentation and processing lien releases. This position will also image loan documentation and will be responsible for updating account information as needed. This role also entails working with several third-party vendors in regard to loan verifications and credit bureau servicers.

Qualified candidates need to have a minimum two years banking experience, familiarity with lending processes and loan documentation knowledge. Applicants must pass a criminal background and consumer credit check as well as drug screening. EOE
