Systems Administrator II - Full Time (40 hrs) - Information Technology
PureRED is looking for a UX Designer. This role conducts usability testing with PureRED’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) products in order to increase the value and return of our solutions. The UX Designer acts as a consultant with clients to understand their goals and creates digital assets and design direction of the digital user experience. By gaining an understanding of desired client outcomes, they will effectively match those needs with our solutions in order to drive optimal business value.
The UX Designer collaborates closely with PureRED account management and product development to create wireframes, sitemaps, and screenflows of our digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UX and design principles and will apply these skills in creating clean, intuitive interfaces and branded experiences for our clients.
The UX Designer will take a user-centered design approach to identify user needs and translate that research into user personas. They will be accountable for the clients’ product adoption, product satisfaction, and product retention.
