    Scheduling Requirements This position works 40 hours per week and must be available to work a varying schedule Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Your schedule will change weekly based on business volume and need. This is a floating position between various branches. Employees will float within one, regional area based on their home location [i.e. Kingsport, Johnson City, North (Bristol/Blountville/Abingdon), and West (Greeneville/Mt. Carmel, Allandale, Rogersville/Gate City & Duffield)

    Dress Code Business Casual - Professional, conservative attire and grooming are appropriate. This is expected at all times, including interviews.

    Teller Functions o Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently o Balance cash drawer o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of teller policies, procedures, functions, and responsibilities and be able to refer to on-line procedures and relevant regulations o Maintain pleasant, positive and helpful attitude when dealing with members and co-workers o Maintain strict confidentiality toward member accounts within ECU as well as outside of ECU o Arrive at work and return from lunch/meetings promptly (be at workstation and ready to work at scheduled time) _ _Eastman Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related, professional experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 5 years of experience successfully leading the management of complex, results based, international rural agricultural development programs (implementation, logistics, budget, staffing) funded by private sector, foundations or other international donors.

    • Experience working in India, preferably in Telangana.

    • Master’s degree in agriculture, business, economics, land management or related field required.

    • In-depth knowledge of agricultural development having expertise in technology transfer, peri-urban market development, agri-business and monitoring and evaluation.

    • Demonstrated skills in effectively collaborating with private sector, host institutions, donors, other development partners, local organizations, and other partners.

    • Ability to successfully manage and develop staff as demonstrated by past experience.

    • Ability to manage partners, sub-contracts and consultants with all required reporting requirements

    • Ability to perform internal control functions to manage day-to-day operations of the project

    • Advanced computer skills are essential, including Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.

    • The position is open to Indian Nationals only.

    • Demonstrated ability in the concepts, principles, methods and techniques of agriculture sector development activities, including training, capacity building, agribusiness development extension services and the technical activities mentioned above.

    • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
