  • Responsibilities

    The Quality Control (QC) Analyst for the Consumer Loan Center is responsible for conducting, compiling, and maintaining required documentation of monthly reviews in adherence to FLFCU’s QC Program.  Perform reviews of various activities within FLFCU’s Business Units.  Report results of reviews.

    Required Skills

    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and One Note • Solid analytical and problem solving skills • Solid knowledge of Financial Institution Processes • Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures • Clear, concise oral and written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects • Well organized and attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all work performed by the Risk Management Department • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment • Must be able to demonstrate established competency levels for all required regulatory or compliance-related processes and/or procedures within established timeframes of appointment.

    Required Experience

    3-5 years’ experience in Quality Control plus 5 years of Financial Institution experience.

    Education: Associates Degree
