The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for either Electrical, Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) or Life Safety System (LSS) – Electrical/Instrumentation engineering, maintenance and troubleshooting ensuring reliability of the Electrical/FMCS/LSS infrastructure of our facility. This person will support manufacturing and other departments with reliable operation and assist in electrical, instrumentation, LSS, mechanical, & process operation. The position may require occasional emergency to onsite response during off-duty hour.

• Responsible for and have the authority to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, or quality system
• Providing engineering planning, evaluation, and execution to improve the system operation
• Scheduling and controlling the construction activities and budget of internal or outside contractors
• Ensuring compliance with maintenance and operation procedures
• Assisting in the development of annual and periodic maintenance plans
• Assisting emergency response teams
• Assisting other facility and manufacturing efforts
• Developing software and hardware to improve Facilities system reliabilities

Required Skills

• Proficient on electrical, instrumentation, control design and programming, and computer networking specially on communication interface application
• PLC, DCS, Motor Control, and VFD design/operation/installation/maintenance/troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience on SQL, C/C++, and .NET programming preferred
• Excellent problem solving skills

Required Experience

Master or Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering

• Proficient on electrical, instrumentation, control design and programming, and computer networking specially on communication interface application
• PLC, DCS, Motor Control, and VFD design/operation/installation/maintenance/troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience on SQL, C/C++, and .NET programming preferred
