Qualifications:

You Have a valid LPN in the State of North Carolina?

You have a valid D.L. , insured personal vehicle, & can reliably commute to this job's location

You can pass a criminal background check & drug test

Preferred Home Care Experience

Your Job Responsibilities:

Under the Supervision of our Registered Nurse/s:

Helps develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards

Helps ensure client's rights are adhered to with high levels of professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality with staff/clients

Acts as caregiver for clients who may require extensive assistance for some ADL's

All other duties assigned by Agency Director

This role has the potential for future advancement into an office-based position!

Future Role Responsibilities Under the Supervision of our Registered Nurse/s:

Helps with Admissions of new clients to service

Helps with 90-day Supervisory visits & Quality Assurance Reports

Helps Maintain Infection Control Log

Helps Prepare and update clients' Plan of Care

Helps with Quarterly reports/PI reports

Helps with Skills check for all new PCA/CNA's

Helps with Quarterly chart audits to ensure client charts are in compliance

Helps with (Electronic) Zoom assessments and visits
