    We are searching for compassionate and dependable caregivers, home health aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide non-medical home care in Lansing, Howell, Brighton, and Livonia areas. All experience levels are welcome, as this role requires a special, gifted, and loving person to take on the responsibility.

    Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide:

    Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations

    Preparing and serving meals

    Assisting with bathing, grooming, and incontinence care

    Light housekeeping and laundry tasks

    Assisting with shopping, errands, and transportation

    Other duties as assigned

    Requirements for Personal Caregiver or On-Call Caregiver roles:

    Minimum age of 18

    Ability to lift 25+ lbs

    Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle

    Willingness to work at least one weekend shift per weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend

    Ability to pass a drug test and background check

    Please note that certain clients may require specific genders due to legal, federally recognized identification requirements as part of a bona fide occupational qualification.
