We are looking for Caregivers who want to stay safe and keep their clients safe. If you are a CNA or HHA interested in learning and growing their skills within the senior care industry in an atmosphere of appreciation and support, FirstLight Home Care is the team to work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing companionship and conversation

Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding

Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing

Planning and preparing meals

Providing medication reminders

Assisting with mobility when needed

Providing transportation to and from appointments

Reporting any client concerns to the FirstLight team

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect

Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care

Valid driver’s license and car insurance

Your own reliable transportation

TB & CPR

SS card

Level II background check

Required online courses

Smartphone for clocking in/out and viewing client assessment

Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
