HHAs & CNAs needed on weekends. FirstLight Home Care is hiring Experienced Caregivers throughout Brevard County. Your safety is our priority. We offer competitive compensation, flexible schedules, incentives and continuing education opportunities for higher wages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing companionship, engagement and conversation

Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding

Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing

Providing safe transfers and fall precautions

Planning and preparing meals

Medication reminders

Providing transportation to and from appointments or running errands

QUALIFICATIONS:

TB test and CPR certified

CNA or HHA certification and/or comparable training in a facility

Valid driver’s license, insurance and transportation

Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs

Required courses per the state of Florida 2 hrs each: Alzheimer's, HIV/Aids and Assistance with self administration of medication
