MARKETING ASSOCIATE

The Marketing associate will lead and participate in projects related to all aspects of marketing in support of the Fischer brand. This is an on-site, in-office position supporting the Sales and Marketing department. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and social media
• Conducting market research to support strategic planning
• Producing creative content (photography, videography, art layout)
• Working with advertising agency to achieve annual collaborative projects
• Acting as brand ambassador and leading initiatives for community and charitable events

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing communications or similar field along with 3 years’ experience in a similar role including experience with the following:

• Conducting market research
• Project Management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Project Management tools, CRM software, and graphic arts and/or Xibo, Canva or similar software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in food packaging or similar industry preferred but not required
