JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in software design, development, testing , maintenance and deployment of OpenText TeamSite applications in support of consumer facing websites.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support during publishing of content in multiple environments.
• Understanding of translations and configurations to add or customize locales.
• Develop workflows, templates and any customization of TeamSite/Live Site applications.
• Provide guidance in learning and implementing best practices of CMS applications.
• Create one time job solutions by using automated scripts to capture content requirements.
• Provide support in production issues to resolve.
• Proactively support users and drive continuous improvement to TeamSite CMS applications.
• Participate in SCRUM calls and provide daily updates.
• Identify and resolve performance related issues.
