    Job Description

    TITLE: Business Analyst from Chemical or Manufacturing environment with Process Mapping

    LOCATION: Stamford CT Remote for now

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in heavy chemicals, mineral processing plant projects including deep experience working within a functional area (maintenance, production, SHEQ, capital projects, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, planning, commercial, etc).
    • Experience in working with SAP IMPLEMENTATION PARTNERS, SAP WORK PROCESSES and/or MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEMS (MES).
    • Ability to identify gaps or shortcomings in business process or system functional requirements generated in workshops and responding to these to ensure clarity and agreement is obtained in an efficient and collaborative way.
    • Ability to holistically view business processes in order to identify potential integration points or areas that require further discussion or deeper definition.
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience developing BPMN MODELS and PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS .
    • Comprehensive understanding of business process modelling methodologies and standards (e.g. BPMN, Process Hierarchy creation, etc).
    • Experience working with tools like ORBUS ISERVER.
    • Experience with AGILE SCRUM (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and KANBAN.
    • Strong Facilitation Skills demonstrated through ability to lead process modelling sessions and drive alignment across disparate stakeholder groups.
    • Ability to identify gaps or shortcomings in business process or system functional requirements generated in workshops and responding to these to ensure clarity and agreement is obtained in an efficient and collaborative way.
    • Ability to holistically view business processes in order to identify potential integration points or areas that require further discussion or deeper definition.
    • Have a strong and productive work ethic with an ability to identify and collaboratively resolve issues and risks without being territorial.
