Summary: Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Clients Credit’s transition into regulated banking operations.

Responsibilities:

Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Information File).

Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.

Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.

Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go-live planning.

Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements.

Provide production support and performance optimization post go-live

Experience requirement:

10+ years core banking experience with strong hands-on Fiserv DNA implementation.

Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion preferred.

Strong knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
