We are the world’s largest commercial and residential services company in our industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Franchise Support Specialist to oversee the growth and performance of our franchisees throughout the country.

The ideal candidates must have excellent skills in leadership, communication and organization with a proven record of motivating a team. The goal for a Franchise Support Specialist is to support our business owners by providing brand awareness, continuous training of the system and supporting them to be as profitable as possible.

Primary Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Relationship Effectiveness – Establishes a strong working relationship with Franchisees based on trust, dependability, motivates for excellence and leads/ models company values by example. Must be persuasive. The goal is to influence without authority.

Leading/ Development – Support and coaches Franchisees in all aspects of the business: developing business plans, recruitment, sales, marketing, pricing, equipment, continuing education on industry techniques and changes, etc.

Personal Effectiveness: Demonstrates ownership and accountability by observing the franchise operations, providing feedback and developing clearly defined short/ long term business goals.

Management Effectiveness: Acts as an advocate for the Franchise Owners and the Company ensuring both points of view are clearly communicated and understood, choosing the appropriate consulting approach based on the situation and the existing relationship and monthly check in with Franchise Owners.

We are looking for a diligent, self-motivated, high energy, willingness to embrace all aspects of the franchise system person with the following qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years related experience as a small business owner, a General Manager of a business in the service industry or operations and/or training in the window cleaning industry.

Franchising experience preferred but not required

Possess the knowledge and ability to interpret financial P&L’s, cash flow projections and balance sheets in relation to company standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the HubSpot a plus

50% travel is required
