    In August, we embarked on an exclusive private Beta phase, gearing up for our much-anticipated commercial launch this fall. As we prepare for our commercial launch, we're actively searching for our first sales team members. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exceptional team of industry experts with backgrounds at renowned institutions like Nike, Under Armour, the Mayo Clinic, the NBA, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Stanford Sleep Lab.

    We are hiring for the following positions for digital direct to consumer sales: ( in office, not a remote work opportunity)

    • Inside Sales Representative (Phase 1 sale)
    • Sales Advisor (Phase 2 sale)
    • Customer Service Reps (post-sale support)

    Responsibilities:

    • Close sales and achieve sales targets for department and organization

    • Communicate with customers using multiple channels and follow up on leads

    • Understand customers’ needs; answering potential customer questions and providing additional information

    • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services

    • Develop sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and overcoming objections and obstacles.

    • Maintain communication with customers by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.

    Qualifications:

    • Passionate about selling
    • six months to 5 years previous experience in sales, and/or customer interaction
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms; Salesforce and Talkdesk preferred
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Strong closing skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • college degree preferred for sales positions
