Stretch Zone Hiring Transparency and Process

Step 1: Initial call and one-question assessment in 24 hours.

Step 2: Virtual Interview in 48 hours.

Step 3: Offer letter with 7 days.

Pay rate is a combination of base hourly rate plus $3/30min stretch session.
