First Fitness Management (FFM), a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for reliable and enthusiastic customer service-oriented Fitness Center Front Desk Attendants to work the front desk and monitor the fitness center a variety of hours Monday-Friday at a private corporate fitness club in Boston.
As a Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant:
Greet members with a smile and positive attitude
Efficiently check in and handle routine member service tasks using the club systems
Navigate basic questions about the fitness center
Provide a clean and organized front desk
Provide high levels of customer service and attentiveness to member needs
Be responsive to member feedback and complaints and escalating issues to club management team as necessary
Who we are looking for:
Availability to cover 4hr or 8hr, weekday shifts between the hours of 6AM and 8PM.
Experience working with computer systems and navigating through work screens
Physical demands include ability to walk through all areas of clubs, climbing stairs (where applicable), standing behind the front desk, and bending and lifting (e.g., picking up towels, re-stacking of weights, moving of equipment as necessary).
AED/CPR Certification REQUIRED
