    A bit about the work at hand:

    Motivated by a position that has commission and bonus potential on top of base pay

    Ability to work within monthly target goals of Membership Sales and Revenues

    Ability to train, manage and lead others in prospecting, presenting, and selling

    Proven track record managing sales department and/or Personal training sales department in large fitness center

    Skilled at talent management from recruiting to onboarding to training and peak performance retention

    Superior customer service excellence delivery and conflict resolution with clients, staff and colleagues

    Keen eye to inspect fitness center for ongoing safety, cleanliness and functionality of all equipment

    Effective at meeting deadlines and adapting schedule to meet ever changing operational demands

    Proficient understanding of payroll management, forecasting, and expense management

    Experience implementing annual marketing plan and upholding integrity of the brand

    Build and develop working relationships with local corporate accounts and community and civic groups

    Highly ambitious, honest and results driven possessing tactful and impactful communications

    Personal conviction that embraces fitness as an integral part of the relationship between good health and a positive lifestyle

    The ideal preparation for the work:

    A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Health & Fitness, Exercise Science, Business Management or related field, preferred. 3 or more years of supervisory/personnel management including expertise in fitness membership sales leadership. Proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, business plans, forecast and budgets with a clear understanding of the bottom-line approach to performance. CPR, First Aid Certified. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms.
