Position: Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Coach Location: Bothell, WA Salary: Flat rate pay per class with pay increase within the first 90 days + Commission Job Type: Part-Time (6–18 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:

Lead high-energy workouts for groups of up to 39 members

Provide personalized coaching and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals

Engage with members on social media and assist with tours, sales, and studio events

Be an ambassador for OTF in the Bothell community

What We’re Looking For:

Certified in Group Fitness (ACE, ACSM, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ISSA)

Current CPR/AED certification

1+ years of fitness experience (group fitness or personal training)

A passion for inspiring and motivating people to reach their potential
