We are actively hiring OTF-certified Coaches to join our team immediately. Our studio is short-staffed and we are looking for reliable, experienced Orangetheory coaches who can step in quickly and help us maintain a strong member experience.

Requirements

Current Orangetheory Fitness Coach Certification

National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or other NCCA-equivalent)

Strong mic presence and confidence leading groups

Dependability, consistency, and a teamwork mindset
