    Studio ME Fitness is looking for a coach who wants to make a real impact in people’s lives. We work primarily with busy adults 35+ who want to get stronger, move without pain, and stay active for the long haul. Many of clients have tried gyms, programs, and quick fixes before. What they need now is personalized coaching, accountability, and someone who genuinely cares about helping them succeed. As a Personal Trainer at Studio ME, you’ll coach clients through customized strength programs, help them train safely and confidently, track their progress, and build the habits that keep them moving forward. Just as important, you’ll build relationships, meet clients where they are, and help create the supportive experience Studio ME is known for. We’re looking for someone who loves coaching, keeps learning, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a team that cares deeply about the client experience. Responsibilities: • Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment • Maintain all gym standards and safety requirements to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable while working out • Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability • Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals Leading group, semi-private, and personal training sessions providing progressions and regressions for all skill levels.Contributing to the company's goals of <3% client churn.Assess, create, and deliver individual workout programs for in-person 1-on-1 clients and semi-private clients.Deliver safe and effective workouts to individuals and groups no larger than 15 people.Conducting Initial Fitness and Quarterly Goal Assessments.Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations.Handle member concerns when applicable.Assist with sales, new client consults, and qualify new members as needed. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Must hold current fitness certification / personal trainer certification from an accredited agency such as ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, OR obtain within 3 months of working at Studio ME. We are willing to train the right candidate.A Bachelor's in an exercise-related field is preferred but not required.Preferred but not required: 1+ years of experience training clients one-on-one. Bonus if experience teaching small group/semi-private classes. Current CPR/AED Certification, OR obtain within 3 months of working at Studio ME.Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
