    We are a company that's looking to take Hospitality to the next level. Our top priority is our Member Experience and putting people first! Our District Managers are the tip of the spear and have oversight in all aspects of the Operations Department. They are the key link between the Regional Director of Operations and the General Managers. They oversee the clubs in their District by mentoring, coaching, and training the General Managers as well as building communication, accountability, and infrastructure to support all employees.

    The scope of work for our District Managers encompasses top performance in Hospitality, Cleaning, Recruiting, Training, Leading, Scheduling, Maintenance/Repair, Inspections, Accountability, and passion for people and their well-being.

    Primary Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

    Recruit, retain, and train productive General Managers

    Build a pipeline of leadership

    Lead, assist and perfect operational efficiencies across multiple locations

    Manage/lead managers to acceptable professionalism and job performance during day-to-day operations

    Maintain accountability with your General Managers within your district

    Support General Managers with recruiting, training and the accountability of their club employees

    Conduct monthly club evaluations and have them completed before the end of each month

    Conduct Recruiting Workshops with assistance from the Director of Recruiting

    Conduct Culture Trainings with assistance from the District Operations Training Manager

    Requirements & Key Skills

    High school diploma or GED

    Prior customer service experience

    Track record of success in prior jobs/tasks

    1-3 years of leadership/management experience

    Extraordinary people skills

    Leadership, management, team-building skills

    Goal setting, organizational, and accountability skills

    Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

    Proactive, positive attitude

    Pays attention to detail
