Job Description
The Fitness Director oversees sales operations, drives revenue growth, and manages personnel within Northern New Jersey District. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, developing regional strategies, hiring and training staff, and analyzing performance data to improve productivity and ensure company goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans to achieve regional sales quotas and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales statistics, monitor field activity, and conduct performance evaluations. Relationship Management: Build relationships with key clients and maintain consistent brand/marketing standards across locations. Operational Oversight: Manage territory budgets, inventory requirements, and product launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
