    Why this role

Real Ownership: Full P&L accountability, forecasting, and strategic planning

High Earnings Potential: Competitive base + commissions + performance bonus

Top-Tier Platform: Steer a facility already ranked among the best nationwide

Build & Lead: Recruit, coach, and develop A-players across sales and coaching

Career Growth: Multi-site and regional leadership opportunities for top performers

    What you’ll own (core outcomes)

Revenue & Profitability: Monthly autopay growth, new revenue (PT, team training, camps), EBITDA margin

Sales Performance: Lead → schedule → show → close conversion, assessment throughput, average ticket

Retention & Experience: Churn %, show rate, renewal rate, NPS / CSAT

Workforce & Quality: Hiring velocity, ramp time, staff utilization, session quality, payroll % of revenue

Operational Excellence: On-time reporting, CRM hygiene, failed payment recovery, compliance

    What you’ll do

    Strategy & Finance

Own the P&L: budgeting, monthly closes, cash-flow management, and variance analysis

Build weekly/monthly forecast models and capacity plans; scenario test campaigns and staffing

Set targets and run a disciplined operating cadence (scorecards, standups, WBR/MBR/QBR)

    Sales & Growth

Architect and execute growth campaigns (assessment-first funnels, team training, clinics, camps)

Lead pipeline management, speed-to-lead, and follow-up discipline; coach assessments and closes

Build community partnerships (schools, clubs, coaches) and local marketing calendars

    Operations & Member Experience

Ensure flawless floor operations, session quality, and safety standards

Drive retention playbooks (onboarding, check-ins, milestone tracking, save tactics)

Oversee billing accuracy, failed-payment recovery, and policy transparency

    People Leadership

Recruit top talent; set role clarity, KPIs, and incentives aligned to outcomes

Develop coaches and sales staff through shadowing, call reviews, and performance coaching

    Build a high-accountability, positive, mission-driven culture

    Who you are

A data-driven builder who spots trends early and course-corrects fast

Equally comfortable in a sales huddle, a community meeting, or a budget review

Systems-minded: you operationalize clarity, consistency, and accountability

Obsessed with member outcomes—and the team that delivers them

    Minimum qualifications

3–5+ years leadership in boutique fitness, studio, hospitality, or service franchise

Full P&L ownership in a prior GM/Director role

Proven P&L exposure (budgeting, forecasting, margin management)

Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets and improving retention

Strong command of CRM & reporting (e.g., GoHighLevel, Mindbody, Daxko, GymSales) and Google Workspace

Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

    CPR/AED (or within 30 days)

    Preferred qualifications

Training certification (eg: CSCS or NASM-CPT)

Experience hiring, ramping, and leading multi-disciplinary teams (sales + coaching)

Background in performance training or coaching (certifications a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field

Local marketing, events, and community partnership experience
