    Fitness Formula Clubs is hiring creative, fun and energetic Childcare Supervisor. Here at the FFC Kids Club, you will need to be able to come to work with a positive attitude everyday and ready to play! We are here to have fun while keeping the children engaged while their parents enjoy a care-free workout. Our goal is to come up with new, creative and hands on experiences for the children while they enjoy their time at the Kids Club. You will be partially responsible for the cleanliness of the Kids Club throughout the day keeping up our FFC standards.

    Ideal candidates enjoy working with groups of children and enjoy creating a fun, active environment for them to grow in.

    The Childcare Supervisor is to provide an inviting, friendly and safe environment for all members, guests and their children and ensure all programming is age appropriate, interactive, and educational. The one thing you will always be held accountable for is the exercise of your good judgment. Your primary role is to get and keep members.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers.

    Every staff member, regardless of position, has a primary and urgent responsibility to clean and disinfect all club components as they are used by members and guests and yourself.Help retain and attain new members through club promotion and customer service excellence.

    Spark imagination, build self-esteem and help children discover new things each day by consistently creating and implementing age appropriate events and activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

    Coordinate marketing efforts with Corporate marketing staff for all childcare programming and activities.

    Create monthly special events for all ages. Work with marketing department to plan out special events and help promote.

    Market program to insure a high level of member participation and awareness.

    Research, develop and introduce new classes and programs to meet club needs on a quarterly basis.

    Respond to Member’s inquiries, concerns and suggestions in a timely, professional and consistent manner.

    Communicate customer complaints and incident reports within 24 hours to MOD and or Member Experience Manager.

    Make sure childcare room and toys/accessories are kept clean at all times.

    Assist Member Experience Manager in hiring and training of childcare staff.

    Assist in the childcare room staffing schedule.

    Assist with other special projects and events as directed by Member Experience Manager.

    Qualifications:

    1-2 years of experience in day care, teaching or children’s care facility.

    Children’s programming experience preferred.

    Standing during shift, bending, lifting. Average strength is necessary.
