The I.T. Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Chief Technology Officer and to all other club-wide IT., Audio/Visual and related systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and assistant to the CTO

Respond immediately to all information technology, troubleshooting and help desk requests

Maintain desktop, laptop and server systems.

Install, update and/or resolve issues on company desktop and laptop computers printers, copy machines, fax machines, scanners, phone systems, audio/visual equipment (including but not limited to amplifiers, speakers, microphones, mixers and cabling)

Initiate server maintenance and upgrades as needed

Maintain the highest level of service maintenance and upgrades as needed

Maintain the highest level of service and integrity in dealing with executive level team members, employees and vendors.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree (or the equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Sciences/Engineering or a related area of study

1+ year(s) of previous Help Desk, IT Support (or similar) experience

Electronics training, education and/or experience with audio/video installation(s)

Basic construction knowledge including but not limited to scaffolding construction, power tool use and safety, etc.
